For the past year, I have had the opportunity to develop a software tool specifically tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool was designed to streamline the invoice management process by allowing clients to submit invoices in various formats (via phone or web), which are then processed to extract essential data for their accountants.

As I embark on the next phase of this project, the firm has requested upgrades and improvements. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to their accountants, making it difficult to gather comprehensive feedback from the end users who will ultimately utilize the tool.
