Over the past year, I have been dedicated to developing a software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool streamlines the invoice submission process, allowing clients to submit their invoices through both phone and web interfaces. By extracting relevant data from these documents, the system efficiently transfers the information to the accountants for processing.
Currently, I have been tasked with upgrading and enhancing this tool. However, one challenge I’m facing is the limited access to the accountants who actually use the software daily. This has made it difficult for me to gather meaningful feedback and insights on their specific needs and pain points.
