Over the past year, I’ve been dedicated to developing a software tool specifically designed for a Dutch Accounting firm. The core functionality of this tool revolves around streamlining the process of invoice handling. It allows clients to submit invoices through various channels—whether via phone or web—extracts relevant data, and then delivers this information directly to the Accounting team.
As I work on enhancing and upgrading this tool, I’ve encountered a challenge: I don’t have direct access to the accountants using the system. This limitation makes it difficult to gather valuable feedback from the end-users, which is critical for understanding their needs and preferences.
