Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. This tool seamlessly receives invoices from clients through both mobile and web platforms, extracts crucial data, and presents it to their Accounting team. After successfully handing over the initial version, the firm has expressed interest in further enhancements to make the tool even more effective.

One challenge I’m currently facing is the lack of direct feedback from the accountants who use the system daily. As I’m looking to improve and upgrade the tool, I want to ensure that it meets the actual needs and preferences of its users.
