After two decades of experience in the Accounting and Bookkeeping field, my wife is ready to embark on an exciting new journey—establishing her own freelance Bookkeeping business. With a diverse background that includes roles as a staff accountant and supervisor overseeing payroll for a large cable company, as well as serving as the office manager and bookkeeper for various industries, she possesses extensive knowledge and skill in the sector.

Having honed her expertise in QuickBooks, she is currently completing all available certifications from the platform, and her professional website is nearly finalized. With an engagement letter crafted and her resume updated, she is on the verge of launching her marketing efforts to attract clients.

It’s important to note that she will not be providing tax services, as she is neither a CPA nor an EA. Instead, she aims to serve smaller, mid-sized, and newer businesses by offering a cost-effective solution that can streamline their financial operations. Her strengths lie in cleaning up disorganized financial records, generating accurate profit and loss statements, creating balance sheets, and providing strategic cost-cutting advice. She also places a strong emphasis on automation to enhance efficiency.

As we begin this new chapter, our primary outreach strategy will involve connecting with local CPA firms.
