Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool has been designed to streamline the process of collecting invoices from clients via both mobile and web platforms. Once the invoices are submitted, the system extracts essential data and forwards it to the accountants for further processing.
Currently, the firm has requested that I enhance the tool to better meet their needs. However, I’m facing a challenge: I lack direct access to their accountants, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback from the end users who interact with the system daily.
