Seeking Insight for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I have developed and implemented a software solution for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool is designed to streamline the processing of invoices from clients, whether submitted via phone or web. It effectively extracts relevant data and transmits it directly to the accountants.
Now, as I embark on the next phase of this project, I’m tasked with upgrading and refining the system to better meet the needs of the Accounting team. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants who use the tool on a daily basis. This limitation makes it difficult to gather specific user feedback that could inform my next steps.
