With a team of 5 to 10 paid employees using a master credit account—specifically, Chase Business Ink—this church currently relies on a manual process for expenses. At the end of each month, employees log into their Chase account to prepare a detailed worksheet listing their expenses, print and attach receipts, and submit everything to the Accounting department for approval.
