As my wife prepares to step into the world of freelance Bookkeeping, we’re eager for insights from seasoned professionals in the field. After dedicating nearly two decades to Accounting and Bookkeeping, she is ready to embrace the independence of running her own business.

Her impressive background includes varied roles such as a staff accountant and a supervisory position managing payroll for over 800 employees at a cable company. In addition, she has experience as an office manager and bookkeeper for a real estate developer, a construction firm, a painting company, and an auto repair shop. This extensive expertise has equipped her with a well-rounded skill set in the industry.

Currently, she is well-versed in QuickBooks and is diligently completing all available certifications through the platform. Her professional website is nearing completion, and she has successfully crafted her engagement letter and refined her resume. With marketing her services on the horizon, she is enthusiastic about connecting with potential clients.

It’s important to note that my wife will not be offering tax services and does not hold CPA or EA credentials. Instead, she aims to provide affordable bookkeeping solutions to small, mid-sized, and emerging businesses.
