Seeking Guidance on Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

For the past year, I’ve been dedicated to developing a software tool tailored for an Accounting firm based in the Netherlands. This tool serves a crucial role by allowing their clients to submit invoices in various formats, either through their smartphones or via the web. Once submitted, the system efficiently extracts the necessary data and relays it to the firm’s accountants.

Now, the firm has requested that I enhance and upgrade this software. However, I face a bit of a hurdle: I do not have direct access to their Accounting team for feedback and insights, which limits my ability to fully understand their needs and preferences.
