Expanding My Payroll Accounting Practice: Seeking Insights from the Community

As a Chartered Accountant based in India specializing in payroll Accounting for clients in the United States and Australia, I am reaching out for guidance to expand my practice. To date, I have successfully collaborated with about ten clients, all of whom were referred to me through personal contacts. The positive feedback I’ve received has inspired me to take the next step in scaling my business.

My strengths lie in delivering fast turnaround times and providing cost-effective services, which have been highly appreciated by my current clients. However, I find myself at a crossroads when it comes to attracting new clients outside of my existing network.
