Seeking Insights for Enhancing a Software Tool for Accounting Firms

For the past year, I have been fortunate enough to develop and implement a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution efficiently captures invoices from a variety of sources, including mobile and web platforms, extracts essential data, and seamlessly delivers it to their Accounting team. The firm has now requested an upgrade and enhancement of the system; however, I find myself at a bit of a crossroads.

One of the challenges I face is the lack of direct communication with the accountants utilizing the tool. While the initial deployment has been successful, I believe that constructive feedback from the end users is crucial for identifying areas for improvement.
