Direct Applications vs. Recruitment Agencies: Which Path Should You Choose?
Hello readers,
I am excited to share that I am nearing the completion of my Master’s in Business Analytics, with graduation set for August 2025. With four years of prior experience in Accounting and Audit, I am now transitioning into the job search phase, seeking full-time opportunities in the Accounting and finance sectors. I am particularly interested in roles that incorporate analytics as well.
As I embark on this journey, I’ve been pondering a couple of important questions:
- Should I apply directly to companies or consider using recruiting and staffing agencies?
- What specific advantages do recruiting agencies offer job seekers?
- I’ve heard of reputable firms like Creative Financial Staffing and Robert Half. Are there any other agencies you would recommend?
Additionally, I am open to relocating for the right position, so I’m curious about how that might enhance my job prospects.
I would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or recommendations you can share. Thank you in advance for your guidance as I navigate this exciting phase of my career!
