25-Year-Old Accounting and finance Graduate Seeking Insights on Job Opportunities in the UAE

MY QUESTION: For those of you working in finance or Audit in the UAE, what are the prospects for a 25/26-year-old Canadian university graduate with a CIA and CISA certification, Big 4 experience, and a US CPA designation seeking employment in the UAE market?
BACKGROUND: I graduated with a degree in Accounting and finance from Brock University in Canada in April 2021. From the start of my university journey, my goal was to obtain my Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation. However, towards the end of my studies, I wanted to broaden my profile and gain diverse experience. Shortly after graduation, I decided to focus on the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) exams, intending to tackle the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) exam afterward. This led me to temporarily set aside my CPA ambitions.
In August, I relocated to Pakistan for personal reasons and joined a Big 4 Audit firm in an IT Audit role. I chose this position to align my background in accounting and finance with my growing interest in IT audit and the desire to diversify my skills in response to future industry trends. This experience further fueled my motivation to pursue both the CISA and CIA designations, particularly around IT General Controls (ITGCs).
In October, I attempted Part 1 of the CIA exam and scored 594 points, just shy of the passing mark of 600. While I was initially disheartened, I resolved to study harder for both Part 1 and Part 2, and I feel highly motivated as I near my exam preparations.
I plan to complete my CIA and CISA certifications while gaining more experience in IT audit and internal audit at a Big 4 firm. In a year or two, I aim to move to the UAE. Regarding my CPA, my intention is to complete it in the USA, as a Canadian citizen, by passing the requisite four exams. However, that part of my plan will unfold in the future.
