112 problem

112 Problem
I’m stuck on the 112 process.

I’ve had to regenerate my application three times due to issues with a college employee, Rahul Solanki. He never provides all the information upfront and keeps bringing up new requirements each time. First, he told me to change the timing, and after I did that, he asked me to edit the attendance number for my classes. I even reached out to ICAI to edit my form.

Now, my application has been rejected from the regional office because it says I need to specify the college hours and select ‘yes.’ However, the college is advising me to select ‘no.’ What should I do? I only have five days left before I incur a penalty. Please help!

  1. It sounds like you’re really frustrated with the situation regarding your 112 form and the conflicting information you’re receiving. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Contact ICAN Helpdesk: Since you have been getting different instructions, it might be best to reach out directly to the ICAI helpdesk again for clarification. Explain your situation and ask them to confirm the exact requirements you need to fulfill for your 112 form.

    2. Documentation: Keep a record of all communications you’ve had with both the college and ICAI. This includes any emails, messages, or notes from phone calls. This will help you if you need to escalate the issue.

    3. Speak to a Senior Authority: If possible, escalate the matter within your college. Try to speak with a senior faculty member or someone in administration who can make decisions and might be able to help clarify the situation.

    4. Follow Up with Rahul Solanki: If Rahul is the one providing you with conflicting information, try to get a clear and concise instruction from him. Ask if he can provide a written confirmation regarding what you need to do.

    5. Keep an Eye on the Deadline: Since you’re under time pressure, make sure to stay on top of the deadlines and continuously follow up until you get a resolution.

    6. Consider a Penalty as Last Resort: If you’re unable to sort this out in time, be prepared to pay the penalty to avoid any late submission issues. Once the immediate concern is addressed, you can then follow up on the conflicting information for future reference.

Stay persistent, and hopefully, you’ll be able to resolve this issue quickly! Good luck!
